Your Role

As the Production Manager for Embraer, you will be our primary contact person on-site at Embraer. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation with a focus on communication.

You will have a significant influence on Embraer's planning and be a central part of technical dialogues. Additionally, you will serve as an important interface with Fighter Production in Tannerfors, purchasing, delivery managers, and planning.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced leader with strong self-drive and commitment. You are social, communicative, and understand the importance of good collaboration. Furthermore, you are efficient, structured, and have the ability to see the big picture while understanding the details when needed. You are a networking person who easily creates and maintains relationships and trust over time, both internally and externally.

The customer sometimes works when we are off, and this is something you need to be prepared for. The position is in Brazil in Gavião Peixoto, São Paulo. Furthermore, it is important to have a customer focus and a willingness to understand the customer's needs and expectations to comprehend how Saab needs to act.

We also prefer that:

• You have a good understanding of how we conduct development and production at Saab
• You have experience leading complex projects in a dynamic environment
• You have a good economic understanding and are business-minded
• You need to thrive in an environment with a lot of uncertainties
• You have aviation technical competence or experience in aircraft production
• You need to communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You need to be a good presenter and comfortable presenting in English
